• The the visa interview is a test of your English language skills. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The visa interview is mainly about how you are going to use your degree in the future and what kind of ties you have to your home country.
• If you want to study abroad, it’s impossible without a scholarship or financial aid. This may have been true in the past, but nowadays it’s possible to study abroad without any financial obligations.
• If you’re not qualified for an exchange program, then studying abroad isn’t worth it. There are many ways to study abroad without having qualifications for an exchange program, like studying at a university as an international student or taking short term courses on a tourist visa.
